Requirements

• Ability to safely handle frame components weighing 30–40 lbs, including unstacking, restacking, and maneuvering frames on work tables.
• Ability to operate hand-held pneumatic staple guns.
• Ability to work with metal springs, polypropylene webbing, sheathing, and cardboard.
• Willingness and ability to learn multiple spring-up styles, tools, and component assemblies.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and protocols while handling materials and operating equipment.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with spring-up methods and techniques.
• Experience using pneumatic staple guns in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using larger-gauge staple guns to attach spring clips to wooden rails.
• Experience operating sheathing-stretching machines.
• Upholstery, furniture manufacturing, or frame assembly experience preferred.
