Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the staffing agency by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This role focuses on building relationships with companies that need staffing solutions, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and helping drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and business owners
  • Qualify leads and identify companies with staffing or recruiting needs
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the business development or account management team
  • Present staffing services and explain how the agency can support hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure client needs are clearly communicated
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales activity and lead generation targets

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of staffing or recruiting industry processes
  • Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to identify client hiring challenges and propose staffing solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
