1st Shift available: 5:45am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, OT Expected, Occasional Saturdays

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring smooth and accurate data flow between production, inventory, and administrative functions. Basic computer skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into various databases, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems.
• Verify and update production data, including material usage, product quantities, and quality control records.
• Maintain and organize digital records and documentation to support manufacturing operations.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels and input data related to product movement.
• Review documents and reports for errors or discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data entry issues.
• Follow company protocols for handling confidential information and data privacy.
• Support the production team with task as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. repetitively.
• Must be able to stand the entire shift.
• Position requires bending, stooping, stretching and reaching.

Language Skills/PPE Requirements

• Basic understanding of English Language (Bilingual a plus)
• Safety Shoes, Glasses and hearing protection is required.
