Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our team. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Linwood/Lexington location and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Location: Linwood/Lexington
Shifts Available: 1st & 3rd Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work scheduled 12-hour shifts
• Safely operate forklifts and lift trucks
• Pick, pull, stage, load, and unload product accurately
• Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and verbal/written instructions
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to maintenance and supervisors
• Assist other departments as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependable attendance
• Work proactively with minimal supervision

PPE Requirements

• Safety glasses and hearing protection (provided)
• Steel-toe/safety shoes (required; employee purchased)

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized; able to work independently
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Flexible and willing to perform multiple job functions as needed
• Forklift certification preferred or prior forklift operating experience
• Machine operating experience preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
