Job Description
- Own inventory accuracy, valuation, and control across all locations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational standards
- Lead inventory receipt and reconciliation processes within our system, ensuring purchase order compliance, quantity accuracy, and material condition verification
- Establish and enforce procedures for identifying, documenting, and resolving inventory damages and discrepancies with suppliers
- Oversee inbound container reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and supplier communication
- Direct weekly kitting and Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory transactions to support production and accurate reporting
- Design, implement, and monitor daily cycle count programs to sustain inventory accuracy and reduce variances
- Govern inventory adjustment controls, ensuring all significant adjustments receive appropriate management review and approval
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the inventory lifecycle, from raw material receipt through finished goods shipment
- Ensure system integrity by maintaining accurate bin locations and alignment between physical inventory and SysPro records
- Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to support internal controls and successfully execute annual audits
