Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales order entry, tracking and reporting orders through delivery.
- Monitor job deadlines, ship dates and reporting files.
- Internal / External order status and customer communications.
- Willingness to be a team player is critical. Product research, conformation, and approvals
- Liaison between Sales and Operations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and skill base of product, operations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned including Vacation Coverage.
Education/Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' work experience in a similar position (e.g., account manager, sales, CSR)
- A strong work ethic and history.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an openness to constructive feed back.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to maintain professionalism in high pressure situations.
- Effective time management skills with ability to self-prioritize and work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Preferred computer skills: SAP
- Project Management / Multitasking
- Order Processing / Data Entry
- Sales Support 3 Years (Required)
