Description
Our client is Lexington is seeking a Process Coordinator 

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Attend weekly Leadership meetings to review Safety, Quality and Process change communication forms
  • TroubleShoot Employee User ID/Password, SAP user/Scan gun access, Employee Email distribution list, ETQ user access
  • Complete New Hire Training
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation when needed
  • Serve as back up coverage for the Front Desk
  • Utilize a training roster
  • complete assigned OMU training online
  • Awaiting release documents checked weekly
  • Log new PCCF forms on table of content and post for 30 days
  • Maintain Confidentiality
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Office products experience a plus
  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
  • Monthly meetings with HR to update Job Descriptions and Organization Design process
  • Document Control and Processing
  • Understanding of Document Management
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ensure FDA regulated documents are accurate
Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED
Attention to detail
Data Entry with Accuracy
Written and Verbal Communication skills
Microsoft Office products and Computer skills is a must.
